Queen's Edge Terms and Conditions

We aim to grow the Queen's Edge programme throughout the year to continue to provide more opportunity for growth and development. Please read the Terms and Conditions below before registering your student's interest.

 

Cost and account billings

  • Each Queen's Edge course or programme costs between $10 and $25 per session. 
  • All Queen's Edge courses and programmes are charged per Term to your QMC College Account.
  • The Trybooking system will list the event as ‘free’, this is because the fee will not be taken by the booking system, rather charged to your QMC College Account.
  • In order to cover the upfront costs associated with conducting the Queen's Edge Programme, refunds are not available if a student is not able to attend any of the days.
 

 

Course times and recommendation

  • Each Queen's Edge course will run between 3.45pm and 4.45pm on the specified day.
  • We recommend all students take with them a small snack for afternoon tea and a drink bottle. 
 

 

Pick-up

  • At the conclusion of the activity, each student must be collected at 4.45pm sharp. 
 

 

Enrolments

  • Enrolments can only be made through the Trybooking site – links to each activity are listed in the description.
  • Places are limited and are issued on a first come basis.
  • Minimum numbers apply. If the minimum number of students is not met, the course will not go ahead for the term.
  • There is a waitlist system through Trybooking. If additional places become available, the order of the waitlist will be used.
