Leaders are developed at school and our girls are given a number of opportunities to practice collaboration, compassion and confidence.

Representing QMC

The Student Ambassador Programme is a leadership opportunity for students in Years 7-10. Student Ambassadors represent the school at Open Days, guide families around the school and are role models for other students.

House leadership

Year 8 and Year 10 students have the opportunity to be House Leaders and work alongside other mentors in the Schools.

Community projects

Students engage in community service as an extension of their studies, furthering their understanding of how their learning connects to the real world.

In Year 10, students are emboldened with a sense of purpose and satisfaction as they complete a self-driven community project.
