Proposed Courses Offered By Queen Margaret College For
The International Baccalaureate Diploma (2015)*

Students are to select 6 Subjects in total:

  • 1 subject from each of the groups from 1 – 5
  • the 6th subject can be from any group; including group 6
  • out of the 6 it is required that 3 are of standard level (SL) and 3 are of high level (HL)
  • Environmental Systems and Societies meets the requirements of Groups 3 & 4, thus allowing a student to choose 2 extra subjects from Group 6 or from any other groups
  • 3 Science subjects may be selected if required for a specific university course.
