Five Queen Margaret College girls are finalists for the College Sports Awards: Ella Brown, Rebecca Daley, Hilla Fukofuka, Alex Heather-Sclater and Bridget Liddell.

Ella Brown has spent 2012 playing in the New Zealand U16 Waterpolo team.

Rebecca Daley is the captain of the Queen Margaret College Under Water Hockey team and a member of the New Zealand U18 team.

Hilla Fukofuka was selected for the New Zealand Women's Sevens Training squad from which a Women's Sevens team will be selected to train for the 2016 Olympics in Rio.

Alex Heather-Sclater finished 14th in the 16-19 year old category at the World Aquathon Champs representing New Zealand.

Bridget Liddell's World Junior Ranking (18 years and under) has now dropped to 372 (down from 1180 at the start of the year).
